TRILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEADER - DUTCH, FRENCH AND ENGLISH SPEAKING (LUXURY INDUSTRY)

Location: Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France

For our world renowned Client in the luxury industry, we are recruiting: Trilingual Customer Service Team Leader (Dutch/English/French)

Our Client is globally renowned for delighting clients by crafting luxury experiences with every interaction. You will be an ambassador and ensure that the service delivered is the same high quality client experience in these channels as in their boutiques.

Our Client’s customer relations department is a global center of excellence that is redefining luxury customer service.

You will be in charge of:

–  Managing Client advisors’ team (supervision, planning, recruitment, briefing and training, quality monitoring, etc.);

– Formalizing procedures for handling client requests;

– Managing the front office flows (client contacts) and back office (client’s cases & orders);

– Handling the management of application tools;

– Managing complex or sensitive client cases;

– Coordinating with Maisons (briefings, reportings) and operational services;

– Actively contributing to service activity reporting;

– Actively contributing to Service improvement projects: quality of service, tools, processes, “customer voice”, etc.

 

Your Profile

– You have a real appetite for different luxury sectors (Perfumes & Cosmetics etc…) and are up to date with the latest trends.

– Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in sales, customer relationship management, marketing, international business or equivalent practical experience.

– 3 years of experience in managing at least 2 persons, in international scope.

– You are motivated by customer satisfaction and you are proactive.

– You have a pronounced taste for multicultural environments and your level in the above-mentioned languages is imperatively trilingual (CEFR level: C1/C2).
