The idea for MAVI was first discussed in 2016, during a soirée on the outskirts of Paris. We realised we shared a dream to help people and businesses realise their potential. Now, our dream has become a reality.

Mitra, born and bred in the North East of England initially moved to France back in 2006 to pursue her dream of finding Amélie Poulain.

Sveta, from the tiny country of Latvia who moved to Paris in 2014 via Belfast in order to pursue a new challenge.

We know first hand just how tricky it can be to find a stable job in the capital, especially if you’ve not yet mastered the beautiful French language.

After many years of managing international teams – including 10 years actively participating in matching people to their perfect jobs – we decided to quit our day jobs to offer our insights and skills full time.

But that’s not all. We want to help you tick other boxes too, like applying for the famous Carte Vitale (no, it doesn’t have to take you three years!) and sharing our tips and tricks on how to make Paris your home and mingle with the locals. But hey, one step at a time.
