We are currently looking for: English, French, Spanish, Italian, German Customer care agents in the field of fashion / consultancy / sales – Premium activity. Native level in one of the languages is strictly required.
Job description:
You will be in charge of processing high-end customer requests in order to advise and guide them and this on the following different communication channels :
- Incoming calls – Outgoing calls.
- Web form – Emails – Social networks.
- Chat.
Terms and conditions of the role:
- Type of contract : we offer CDI (permanent contract), 2 months of trial period.
- Working time : full-time 36 / week rotating shifts.
- Opening Hours : Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm, Saturday from 10am to 5pm and exceptionally some Sundays during events (Black Friday, sales….).
- Benefits : Medical and life insurance, access to the company’s restaurant, 50% reimbursement of the transportation fee (Navigo).
Your profile – For this position you must have :
- A successful experience in customer relations (Fashion is a plus), have a great sense of service, listening and customer satisfaction.
- The posture is very important on the proposed position (brand image).
- A very good drafting quality is required.
